Refund Policy
We want you to pay for NotchPaste only if it earns its place on your Mac. Try every Pro feature free for 7 days first, and if a purchase still turns out not to be right for you, you have 14 days to get your money back.

1.14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with NotchPaste Pro, write to us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it in full. This applies to monthly, yearly and lifetime plans. You do not need to give a reason.
If you switch plans, for example from monthly to lifetime, the guarantee covers the first purchase of each plan, within 14 days of that purchase.
2.Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal charges are not normally refundable, with one exception: if you meant to cancel a yearly subscription and forgot, write to us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund that renewal.
Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for.
3.How to cancel
Open NotchPaste, go to Settings › Account and choose Manage subscription to cancel in Stripe’s billing portal. You can also write to hello@notchpaste.com and we will cancel for you. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, which you keep until it ends. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds outside this policy.
4.How to request a refund
Email hello@notchpaste.com from the address you used to buy, and include your license key or the receipt number from your Stripe receipt. We reply within two business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the currency you paid, including any taxes charged. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account. We cannot refund fees charged by your bank, such as currency conversion fees.
5.What happens after a refund
Refunding a purchase ends the license: the key is deactivated on all your Macs and NotchPaste returns to the free plan. Your clipboard history, pinboards and prompts stay on your Mac, and nothing is deleted.
6.Exceptions
We may decline a refund where we see clear signs of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles or a license key that has been shared or resold. If something has gone wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster, and a chargeback deactivates the license.
7.Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because NotchPaste Pro is digital content delivered immediately, that right can end once your license is delivered if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout. Our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you the same window either way.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live, including rights relating to faulty digital content.
